A mutual exchange is when two or more tenants swap homes to better suit their needs. This can include exchanging with a tenant of another social landlord.

All landlords must agree in writing to the mutual exchange.

You can apply to exchange with another tenant by completing this form. You also need to complete the other landlords’ forms.
