Rents are our main source of income and the money we collect from rent is invested in maintaining and improving our tenants’ homes. The rent we collected over the last financial year has allowed us to continue to provide our services, including our extensive planned maintenance programme as well as our usual repairs and maintenance to tenants’ homes totalling £4,094,000.
We’ve extended our deadline to Monday 15th January!
