Outcome of our Rent Consultation

Abertay recently consulted tenants on a proposed rent increase for 2016/17. The majority of tenants who responded to the survey felt that the lower increase of 1% from April 2016 was the better option. This was agreed by our Management Committee. All tenants have been advised of the outcome in writing. The full report to Committee can be viewed here.
The winner of our rent consultation Prize Draw was Ms Ferguson from Dryburgh Gardens. Many thanks go to all those tenants who responded to the survey.
