Owner Building Insurance Excess

We recently sent a survey to all owners who we provide buildings insurance for. We asked them whether they wanted us to change the level of excess on the policy. 17.2% of owners responded. Of these 66% asked that we keep the excess at the current level of £100. The full results are set out below. We will therefore keep the excess at £100 when we renew the insurance. All responses received by 17 June were entered into a prize draw for a £25 supermarket voucher. Congratulations to the winner who is Mr Barclay from Americanmuir.
