Abertay plans to let the new homes at the Finavon Street Development through a Local Letting Initiative. The aim of the initiative is to accommodate existing tenants whose housing needs cannot be met by our existing stock and to meet the specific needs of those with a local connection to the area.  The Initiative indicates those who will be given priority for the housing.  You can view the Initiative here.  We would like to consult tenants and residents on the proposed initiative.  If you would like to give your views on the proposed priorities or make suggestions, you can do this here.
